Jesus brought light and life into a darkened world. He still does that today partly through His people who show up and bring hope to those we interact with each day.

This is Day 9 of 31 Days to a Healthier Lifestyle. Because it is Sunday I veer away from my usual post to share a photograph with a poem or scripture. I pray that you are blessed.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said,
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me
will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
(John 8:12 NIV)
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy;
I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
(John 10:10 NIV)
