As we abide in Christ and savor His Words, we see how His love reaches farther than we could even imagine.
As I abide in Christ, He gives me wisdom and understanding. He changes me, helping me share love and encouragement even in challenging situations.
When we think about the sacrifice Jesus made for us, we understand a bit of His unconditional love. We taste and see that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8) as we abide in Him.
Sunday evening I wrote my second ReVerse poem. It’s a fun way of poetry review taking one line from work covering a certain period of time.
It has been good for me to focus on hope this year for my #oneword2022. As I review, may my hope reflections also encourage you.
While time keeps moving on, we experience changes as we age. Though we may not enjoy all the changes, we can still find joy in life.
What happens when we praise God? Not only is He honored, but praising God reminds us of hope, filling us with joy and love.
Hope is an interesting word. People may sometimes say they hope something will happen when what they mean is they wish it will happen. The hope we find in the Bible is not wishful thinking but a sure and steadfast hope that will never disappoint.
Sometimes, God doesn’t rescue us out of our tumultuous clouds and storms but strengthens us and goes with us through them, giving hope.
We all need hope because there is so much uncertainty in the world today. Hope reminds us of truth.
