Welcome to the landing page for my Write 31 Days series! (#write31days) I’m excited about it even though I don’t have it all planned out. I hope to have fun with it and encourage you at the same time. I also plan to incorporate the Five Minute Friday 31 Days of Free Writes (#5MFW) into each post.

Write 31 Days

Being healthy is more than just exercising, eating right and keeping a good weight. I believe each of the following areas are important for a healthy lifestyle:

Exercise
Food
Rest
Work
Leisure
Fresh air
Mental and spiritual well being

I hope to establish habits in each area so that by the end of the 31 days I will be well on the way to a healthier life. Each day will focus on one or more of these areas.
